Special Poker Promotion Terms and Conditions:
  1. 1. This promotion runs from 1 June 2009 until 31 December 2009
  2. 2.Promotion is open to all affiliates including new affiliates that sign up after the promotion start date.
  3. 3. All affiliates are automatically entered into the promotion and are not required register.
    4. 4. Winners will be contacted via email or phone and consent to having their names and/or pictures published in future promotion-related communications (incl. website, email and print).
  4. 5. Judge's decision is final.
  5. 6. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
  6. 7. In terms of this promotion a "new player" refers to any newly acquired poker player that signs up, purchases and wagers and does not include those players that play in freeroll tournaments or play with free money only.
  7. 8. The player's stats contained in the affiliate's account (new qualified active accounts) do not represent a new player in terms of this promotion and must not be used to measure the number of new players.
  8. 9. The promotion is limited to newly acquired poker players only and does NOT include the acquisition of new casino and bingo players.
  9. 10. Locked accounts do not qualify for the promotion except in the case where a player's account has been locked on request from the player (soft locked).
  10. 11.Grand Prize Draw:

    1. 11.1    4 prizes awarded as follows:
      1. 11.1.1    1st place - Rolex watch
      2. 11.1.2    2nd place - $1,500 WSOP seat
      3. 11.1.3    3rd place - 42" LCD TV
      4. 11.1.4    4th place - $500 cash
    2. 11.2    Draw takes place on the 31st of January 2010.
    3. 11.3    The draw is random and only affiliates with one or more new players delivered during the promotion qualify for the draw.
    4. 11.4    Affiliates will receive one entry for each new player delivered.
    5. 11.5    WSOP prize is for one of the $1,500 seats at WSOP 2010 and does not include any travel and accommodation expenses.

  11. 12.Monthly Prize Draw:

    1. 12.1    4 prizes awarded as follows:
      1. 12.1.1    1st place - 100% revenue share
      2. 12.1.2    2nd place - 100% revenue share
      3. 12.1.3    3rd place - $150 in cash
      4. 12.1.4    4th place - $100 in cash
    2. 12.2    Draw takes place on the 5th working day of each month.
    3. 12.3    All affiliates are eligible for the monthly prize draw i.e. you do not have to qualify by bringing in new purchasing players.
    4. 12.4    The 100% revenue share deals are limited to a three month period and become active from the first month following the draw date.
  12. 13.Images of prizes used in promotional marketing material are not necessarily actual images and may vary according to availability.
  13. 14.All promotions are governed by the Promotional Terms and Conditions and therefore all participants must familiarize themselves with the Promotional Terms and Conditions.
